Update to PA Sales Incentive -2/25/2008
Effective February 21st, the sales incentive allowance for all owner-occupant purchasers (excluding HUD approved non-profit organizations and units of local government) in Pennsylvania is $2,500 without regard to the type of financing used by the purchaser. The $100 Down payment financing is still available on most properties through FHA approved lenders.
