UPDATE TO $100 Downpayment Program -8/26/2008
The $100 Downpayment offer only applies if the purchase price is less than or equal to the appraised value of the property. If the purchase price is greater than the appraised value, the purchaser, may obtain a new FHA appraisal to support the higher mortgage amount or must pay cash in the amount of the difference between the appraisal and the price less $100 .

ATTN: PA Owner Occupant Buyers -7/31/2008
Owner Occupant cash sales are also eligible to receive up to $2,500. towards closing costs under the sales incentive offered by HUD. If the closing costs are less than $2,500. the unused portion goes back to HUD. The selling Broker is eligible to receive the $500. Bonus on cash sales. All other aspects of the Sales Incentive remain in effect for owner occupant purchases utilizing financing, regardless of the type of financing used.

FREE BROKER'S SEMINAR -7/1/2008
A free seminar will take place on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at the Cullman area Chamber of Commerce 301 2nd Avenue SW, Cullman, AL. The seminar will be open to Affiliate and REALTOR® members. There will be 2 sessions - first session 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and second session 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Each session will be open to 50 registrants.
