FREE BROKER'S SEMINAR -7/1/2008
A free seminar will take place on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at the Cullman area Chamber of Commerce 301 2nd Avenue SW, Cullman, AL. The seminar will be open to Affiliate and REALTOR® members. There will be 2 sessions - first session 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and second session 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Each session will be open to 50 registrants. You can register for the class by e-mailing the Association Office at caorae@hiwaay.net - make sure to advise which session you plan on attending.

ATTENTION BUYERS - AGENTS AND LENDERS - PA /DE Training Seminar Dates -5/13/2008
HVH will present training sessions in King of Prussia, PA. Sessions are open to Real Estate Agents, Buyers and Lenders. The sessions will cover all aspects of the HUD transaction from Broker registration to showing HUD Homes, bidding on HUD homes, completing the HUD Sales Contract, and Closing HUD Homes.
