Hooks Van Holm, Inc. (HVH) specializes in single-family real estate asset management. HVH is headquartered in Roswell, Georgia, with regional offices in Alabama and Pennsylvania. Currently, HVH's services are consumed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), as it has been contracted to ensure the sell approximately 10,000 single family HUD Homes this fiscal year in Alabama, Delaware, Mississippi, and Pennsylvania.

HVH is pleased to have been selected by HUD to manage and market their housing inventory in these states and to support our subcontractors in performing the maintenance and sales functions as related to the contracts in the areas listed above.
