Answer: The initiatives are eligible for listings published 8-31 and later and for offers submitted 8-31 and later. The properties that are currently listed as of 8-23 are not eligible since any bids received and not yet opened, are not aware of the incentive.
2. Is any property on an extended listing on 8/31/7 eligible for the incentive?
Answer: Any extending listing still listed on 8-31 is eligible.
3. Are properties awarded on 8-31-7 eligible for the initiatives?
Answer: Properties awarded on 8-31-7 are not eligible because the listing would have occurred prior to the effective date of the initiatives.
