HUD Expands Sales Incentive Program in Pennsylvania

  • $100 down payments - Purchase a HUD home with FHA-insured financing for low down payments.
  • $2500 Sales Allowances - The sales allowance is vailable to Owner-Occupants purchasing HUD homes with a sales price equal to or greater than $25,000.  Purchase can be FHA, conventional, or cash financed.  $2500 can be used for repairs, closing costs and mortgage principal reduction.
  • BROKERS get 5% commission + a $500 Broker bonus - NOTE:  $500 bonus is paid only when Owner Occupant Buyers uses the $2500 sales allowance.
