HUD and FHA are proud to present the Fourth Annual Housing Counselor and Nonprofit Training at Perdido Beach Resort, September 19 and 20, 2006. Our disaster loss mitigation options and special procedures for handling the hurricane disaster defaults make the loss mitigation training especially important this year. In addition to the mandatory loss-mitigation training, sessions will be offered on Credit Scoring, Predatory Lending, HUD Home Sales and a range of Non-Profit issues.
