Owner Occupant cash sales are also eligible to receive up to $2,500. towards closing costs under the sales incentive offered by HUD. If the closing costs are less than $2,500. the unused portion goes back to HUD. The selling Broker is eligible to receive the $500. Bonus on cash sales. All other aspects of the Sales Incentive remain in effect for owner occupant purchases utilizing financing, regardless of the type of financing used.
