Effective on all bids placed on or after 10-1-08 the incentive program is as follows. Program has changed to reflect minimum sales price of $25,000. Owner occupants can use the $2,500 incentive for the following: closing costs, tax pro-rations, repairs or replacement items for the home via a repair escrow. Reimbursement of funds will be given upon submission of receipts, per lender guidelines. The $500 earnest money requirement is no longer in effect and the earnest money will follow HUD's guidelines as to the amount of the purchase price. $100 down payment with FHA financing only- $500 broker bonus remains in effect. All bids accepted prior to 10/1/08 will fall under the previous incentive program.
